Artist
mostly known for her Collagraph Prints,
but her works also include Charcoal Drawings,
Oil Paintings, Aquarelles and Woodcuts.

Dark hues of blue dominate a lot of her artworks and her use of light gives shape and life to the emerging motif. This use of mellow and dark colors, as well as her unique application of light and shade, gives her art a somber, yet mysterious calm.
Her technique often involves both line drawing, deep etching and aquatint on a plate of zinc. First of she lays the basics using line drawing, she then strengthens the main motif using deep etching, before perfecting light and shade using aquatint.
For coloring, she applies an old technique called “a la poupee”, applying several layers of colors on the zinc plate before pressing each individual print.

Her motifs are mostly inspired by nature and often involves symbolism, which often ends up providing the name for the artwork. As an environmentalist, the idea of a new para-digma with an ecological and holistic vision of reality often influences
her art.
